As the community developer, Anthem is responsible for constructing and providing the maintenance and care of all common areas until a successful inspection is achieved with the City of Edmonton. The exception to this is snow clearing, which becomes the responsibility of the City of Edmonton upon the road being opened and accessible to the public. Once the maintenance period is complete and inspection with the City passes, maintenance is turned over to the City of Edmonton.
